About the Program

Starting afresh in a new country is a journey filled with hopes, aspirations, and challenges. At RUSA, we believe in empowering every LGBTQ+ immigrant to not only find their footing but to truly thrive.

What We Do

Our Community Building aims to ensure that LGBTQ+ immigrants feel connected, informed, and empowered. Every week, we organize a variety of community events and workshops - from movie nights in the park and museum tours to informative Q&A sessions on health and workshops on continuing education.

Our Impact

By fostering these regular community connections, we aim to combat feelings of isolation and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
